GamesMaster hits again, we have 8 brilliantly superb pages of GTA4 scans, with loads of detail. Take a look at the magazine scans attached below, and more can be found at the source.
Here's a bit of breakdown on the information from the magazine scans (typing as I'm reading):
- If the police are after you, they wont shoot. If they catch up, Niko puts up his hands. If then he decides to leg it, they will open fire.
- Most missions will have different banters, when you fail a mission and go to do it again.
- Niko loses health when the Car takes a pounding (no more getting into a car when on low health...)
- Hide behind covers, slide behind another cover, or climb to a cover... all doable in this installment.
- Even the gang-bangers don't repeat their dialogue!
- There's a USEABLE subway
- Badger Network is the name of Niko's phone network.
- Niko's health is shown in a semi-circle, the armour completes this to make it a full circle
- Breaking into parked cars, 101: Put Elbow threw window, hotwire motor, get busted if cops are after you whilst your doing this
- Pedestrians will WEE on walls
- Helmets are worn whilst riding motorbikes and thrown off, when you get off.
- Tolls will be paid on bridges
- You can call for Police backup
- You receive a text messages when you fail, asking if you want to redo the mission instantly...
- War on terror rages on in GTA4
- No GYM to get fit, or eating to get fat (only to restore health)
- No more swimming underwater... only on the surface
- SIX STAR WANTED LEVEL IS IN (sorry for the caps...got excited :o)
- No more "businesses"/"properties" to be bought in GTA4 (just safe houses)
- No more dumping into the river.... bodies float :|
- You can befiend a doctor (maybe... they mention that theres a third way to regain health...)
- Two minutes Real Time = 1 Hour in-game Time

And so you CAN call for police (I thought you might), I hope you can call for an ambulance, among other things....
Perhaps the Ambulance is the third way to gain health? Just call for an ambulance, they'll heal you, and you pay a fee?

Wonder how the 6 star wanted level will fit in? Will it just be slower to gain police notoriety, or is it a whole other level above the military on your arse?
