It's another Monday, and four more games were added to the North American Wii Shop Channel this week. Its a doozy of an update that plans to put your wallet in a world of hurt: two hotly-anticipated games, one game that is another entry in a really good series, and another entry in a legendary series.

The first WiiWare title is the critically well-received World of Goo from 2D Boy. In World of Goo, you will have to create structures from various balls of goo that will lead to an exit/goal pipe where you have to get a required number of goos through to pass the stage. There 12 different types of goos each with their own properties, varying from the number of connections to their special abilities. Not only will you have to cross obstacles to reach your objective, but will also have to go toe-to-toe with gravity, which is ready to bring your Goo structures crashing to the ground. You can even go up against friends to see who can get the most Goos up through the pipe. You can read IGN's review for World of Goo here.

The other WiiWare title is Art Style: CUBELLO, another game in the Art Style series that debuted a couple weeks ago. Loosely based on bit Generations: Coloris, you have to clear a mass of cubes that have gathered in the center of screen, by shooting your own cubes at it. Matching the same color will remove them from the screen, and the goal is to make it to the core.

The first Virtual Console game is Square Enix's Secret of Mana for the SNES. Considered as one of the top games for Nintendo's 16-bit console and one of the greatest games of all time, Secret of Mana is an action RPG where the protagonist has pulled the legendary Mana Sword from its resting place, releasing monsters that would overrun his village. Banished from his home, he is swept up into the fight against an empire that seeks to restore the ultimate weapon: the Mana Fortress. Supporting up to three players, Secret of Mana is still regarded as one of gaming's gems.

The other Virtual Console game this week is Street Fighter II': Special Champion Edition for the Sega Genesis. This was the first entry of Capcom's legendary fighting series on Sega's console, which featured much of the same content as Street Fighter II Turbo, using the default game mode of Street Fighter II': Champion Edition, and another mode featuring Street Fighter II': Hyper Fighting's game mode. A new mode brought to the table is a Group Battle mode reminiscent of most current fighting games, featuring five-on-five battles.

Get the New Challengers version of Street Fighter II for the SNES instead. It has four more characters, a couple more modes, and is the exact same price.
