With Fallout 3's release a few weeks back, many gamers are eagerly awaiting the downloadable content for the game - at least those that own the game on a PC or on the XBOX360 are. Today Bethesda Softworks announces the first of downloadable content will be releasing soon.
In fact, expect to see a Creation Kit Editor available in December, followed by three Downloadable Content packs available in January, February and the final set available in March.
The official editor for Fallout 3, called the G.E.C.K. (Garden of Eden Creation Kit), will be available for free download in December and will allow PC users to create and add their own content to the game. In addition, the first official downloadable content, Operation: Anchorage, will be available for the Xbox 360 and PC in January, and more downloadable content coming in February and March.

Sucks to own Fallout 3 on a PS3 >_
ShadowJ explains it here.
Also this isn't about the PS3 version so perhaps just editing the article to PC and 360 for this would be better.
If the contract ends in say, 3 years, Bethesda isn't going to bother re-making the DLC for other systems. But we don't know how long it is for.
Third one sounds weird though. Says it'll extend the main quest. People who have beaten the game may have the same questions I do when reading that. Do we play as a random Brotherhood of Steel initiate? I'd hate for it to only be playable for certain endings.
was originally going to do a quest involving old Fallout fan favorite Harold - but Bethesda covered that in spades better than I ever dreamed.
My second mod was going to be a quest to find a cybernetic version of dogmeat (I started work using the Oblivion toolset just to flesh out dialogue trees and locations).
SO HAPPY! As I said, this is why Bethesda games on PC pwn the consoles that I love dearly. I can't wait to see what other modders come up with.
EPIC!
