In a press release today and an email sent out to its Atlus Faithful mailing list, Atlus USA has announced that it will be localizing the Banpresto and Monolith Soft-developed Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier for the Nintendo DS.

It is one of the new entries in the popular series, its a turn-based RPG, as opposed to the strategy RPG gameplay that the series usually uses. Players take control of gunslinger and womanizer Haken Browning, in a world ranging from an apocalyptic wasteland to a fantasy world. The battle system also consists of some time-based elements, allow you to rack up massive damage and combos. Fans of the the Super Robot Taisen OG Universe will recognize the numerous references and mecha that will appear, and cameos from the Monolith Soft-developed Namco x Capcom and Xenosaga Episode III.

All launch copies of the game will come accompanied with a soundtrack CD. Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier will release on April 28th with a MSRP of $34.99.
