For those who haven't booted up Silent Hill Homecoming on their PC in awhile, Konami announces a minor patch is out for the game today which will be automatically applied if you install the game or have it installed and registered (and assuming you're online).

The patch fixes an issue related to the changing of graphic resolutions.
