Electronic Theatre detail the confirmation of European releases for both Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles and the Resident Evil Classics GameCube remakes.
Capcom today announced its plans for a big comeback of its multi-million-selling franchise, Resident Evil to the Wii. Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, the sequel to the highly successful Wii title Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, is in development exclusively for the Wii and is set for release across PAL territories this winter. Capcom also introduced its plans for a new Resident Evil Classics line, which will bring the critically acclaimed Nintendo GameCube classics, Resident Evil and Resident Evil Zero exclusively to the Wii, allowing a whole new audience to experience the world of Resident Evil.

As for the GC remakes coming out in europe.....well now finally Europe is getting all the attention but that doesn't mean to ignore America!! Get it together Capcom!

Wii gets more acclaimed titles, remake or not, sequel or not, it's still good news.
And you're asking about remakes? This is Capcom, FFF, the guys who remade SFII like a billion times.
Other than that it'll look like there gonna make new scenarios to reveal more about this "new enemy" and theres a chance that Degeneration might squeeze it's way in.
