We all know that they've already got the multiplayer function comoplete, they'll go ahead and charge 400 MS or $5.00 for PSN and tons of people will pay for it. This better be some intense multiplayer for the people that get it.

It's actually only 5 bucks, but I know that's not the point. I've said for a long time now that companies will begin abusing DLC. We shouldn't have to pay for a gameplay mode, just like that over priced party thing in Burnout.

My bad, I read the article wrong. I updated my comment so I don't look as foolish.

This is a painfully obvious attempt by Capcom to leech money from the fans. If the feature was completed in time to be released a week after the game, then they could have easily included the multiplayer in the disc.

Capcom are fricken assholes for doing this, why not just put it in with the game?

    O i know..

    MONEY, you leeching bastards =|

I'll probably buy it if its good enough but still, Capcom are just being money leeching whores these days.

Well I am very VERY upset about this not being included in the final game, but it sounds very promising.
However the slayer rules seem total bull, since the....well since you can't shoot and walk at the same time.

    Wow, players fighting each other!

It'll be so exciting to stand still and just shoot until the other person dies. It'll be like rock/paper/scissors, but in a videogame with guns... Awesome...

Okay, sarcasm aside, I think that's a stupid concept. Basically, who ever has the bigger gun is just going to *bleep* the other person, or if both players have guns of similar power, it'll mostly be a matter of luck on who's health goes down quickest.

That's at least how I see it. Then again, I suppose quite a few games are somewhat like that, so perhaps this will work out.

Either way, I'm definitely getting this game. I thought the demo was amazing, and I got hours of fun out of it.

Complain all you want, most of us will feed Capcom the cash for their DLC. They know it, we know it, so hell, there's no stopping it...unless of course you can try to rally everyone to go on strike, against any and all DLC...but that won't happen.

WTF? So do the trophies that for Versus count towards Platinum or what? Because the trophies for it are on the disc. If they go towards Platinum that's a load of BS.
