Electronic Theatre reports on the staging of a conference to discuss support for the European videogames industry by Member of European Parliament Jules Maaten.

On the 15th of April, European Parliamentarian Jules Maaten will organise a conference on the European videogames industry in the European Parliament. With this, Maaten will focus attention on this highly innovative sector, which is becoming more and more important to the European economy. The conference is co-hosted by ALDE Members of Parliament Chris Davies, Magor Csibi and Yorgo Chatzimarkakis and Magor Imre Csibi.
