Electronic Theatre reports on the intended acquisition of a publishing agreement for DEFCON DS, a Nintendo DS conversion of the PC title, by Introversion Software.

As yet unpublished, the Nintendo DS version was originally developed in conjunction with troubled distributor, Pinnacle. Introversion anticipates considerable interest in the title, given the astonishing success of the Nintendo DS hardware range worldwide.
