Electronic Theatre reports on claims that the Square Enix purcahse of Eidos Interactive will not affect their working procedures, allowing Eidos to remain an independant part of the Square Enix group.

Eidos will remain as an independent operation, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Square Enix Holdings Co.,Ltd., following the completion of the £84 million acquisition last week.
