PES doesn't need new graphics, it needs a new engine. As far as I'm concerned, they've failed to take advantage of next-generation hardware, and because of this, FIFA are beginning to run away with it. This year was the first time since 1998 I've bought a FIFA game, which says it all about how poor PES has been recently.

I actually don't mind PES, especially in single player. Fifa kills it online, but I prefer to play PES for single player. I have always bought Fifa games since the first one ever made and Fifa 2010 should be great. Come on Konami, make PES 2010 great too.

They need to sort out the licensing.

Not gonna happen with EA able to bid silly money to get them whenever the licence goes on sale.

At least as a FIFA person myself, I know we'll get the licenses and leagues I want.
