Valve announces Sniper Update week for Team Fortress 2

Valve has just announced the start of their Team Fortress 2 Sniper Update week, for PC.

Over the next few days, players can expect some new Sniper-based Achievements, maps, and unlockable weapons. You can keep track of the updates on their official Sniper Update website.

    yesyesyes glad I got the Orange Box for PC when it was 40% off that weekend.

    I can't get over how awesome of a sense of humor Valve has. That link about the bow and arrow cracked me up.

          wat? with everyone playing sniper? it's going to be spy nirvana. chain-stabs all around.

          Ah, But there will always be the hardcore engi, building turrets so to catch out any stab hopeful spy.

          Whenever I see a medic it reminds of of RCG...... THEN I SET THEM ON FIRE!!!

          a multitude of snipers will give an engineer a hard time. sentries dont move. anything that stands still is not safe. the wrath is upon us. :{

        Yeah, and you're either loved or hated to death...some players are just so needy for a medic, and you've got like 10 people on your team calling for one, that they'd bash for not doing your job. -_-

    Double Payload announced. Looks like all of those improv Scouts we got at the last update are coming back. Give me a "Meet The" video and I'm pretty happy.
