Green Day Rock Band Tracks Confirmed

Electronic Theatre reports on the announcement that Green Day will be coming to Rock Band next month, and includes details of the first tracks set to be released.

The first selection of Green Day songs to arrive on Rock Band as Downloadable Content will be a three-pack of songs from their latest release, 21st Century Breakdown on July 7th including: 21 Guns, Know Your Enemy, East Jesus Nowhere. Additional Green Day songs and projects will be announced at a later date.

    Meh. Greenday suck nowadays. Hopefully some of the songs are some of their half decent ones from a few years back.

    Surprised no one posted this earlier. This was announced Wednesdaay I think.

    But hey, any Green Day is good. Obviously the tracks are from 21st Century Breakdown because they want to promote the album, but I'd expect another pack or two by years end. Anything from Dookie and American Idiot are welcome.

    This is awesome.

    I hope their entire last two albums, and some old classics, make it on Rock Band, but that's doubtful.

    Some tracks I'd really love to see are Jesus of Suburbia, Murder City, St. Jimmy, and maybe Horseshoes and Hand-grenades. I think those are some of their "harder-hitting" songs.

    they need to do their better songs, like Time of Your Life, American Idiot, Boulevard, Wake Me Up When September Ends or Holiday. any of those would be fun to play and sing. then i would actually care.

    Tbh the only good Greenday songs are the ones before American Idiot was released, that album was bloody terrible and 21st Century Breakdown is even worse.

    Give me Hitchin A Ride, Basketcase, Minority and THEN i may give a damn.

    I do love the old green day songs but the new ones aren't too bad. 21 guns is a good song.

    I love know your enemy! I bought the single, it only has that one ong, it got stuck in the car's CD drive and my dad thought the CD was broken because it wouldn't go past Track 1 :L

    Aussie Legend is right. Green day is blown out of proportion. I heard that someone actually liked that song "American SuiteHeart" or whatever it's called. I used to love Green Day but know they suck. No thank you.

      lmao, that's not even a Green Day song. You're thinking of a Fall Out Boy song called "America's Suitehearts".

      I hate the song, too, but it's bit unfair to judge Green Day by a song they haven't even done.
