Electronic Theatre reports on the announcement that Tecmo Koei Europe Ltd. has officially been formed as of the merger between developing powerhouses TECMO and KOEI.

In April 2009, KOEI CO., LTD. and TECMO, LTD. merged to form TECMO KOEI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. The combined organization owns and operates a valuable portfolio of universally-praised entertainment properties, a leading distribution system, worldwide network of sales offices, and world-renowned development studios.

    I honestly don't know how good a thing this will turn out. On the one hand mixing the great elements from the Warriors Games with the great elements from Ninja Gaiden could take two average games and make a mind-blowing one. On the other hand Tecmo masturbate in baths of blood with severed limbs and Koei have turned into money hungry Rtards.

    Time will tell.
