Electronic Theatre reports on the announcement of yet another special edition release of Assassin's Creed II, the White Edition, finally confirmed for a European release.

Following the revelation of the Assassin’s Creed II Black Edition by your very own Electronic Theatre back in June, Ubisoft announced that the Assassin’s Creed II White Edition will be available exclusively at GAME today at GamesCom 2009. The Assassin’s Creed II Black Edition, as previously reported, will be exclusive to online retailer Play.com, while the Assassin’s Creed II White Edition will be available from GAME.
