Electronic Theatre reports on the new additions to the Rock Band Music Store of downloadable tracks this week, including Talking Heads and Tom Petty.

Harmonix and MTV Games have announced that a five pack of songs from new wave rockers Talking Heads, as well as singles from Avenged Sevenfold, The Jam, Oasis and Rage Against the Machine will be available in the Rock Band Music Store of Downloadable Content (DLC) next week for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

      Because it was a single. Also because it is the song that put them on the map as a mainstream band. I agree, though. Should have gone with something else.

      What do you mean "why"?! "Bat Country" is probably their best song. Not only that, its their most requested song. All I hear over at the RB forums is either "Bat Country" or City of Evil full album DLC.

        No, its there most over-rated and over played song imo (though, I'm not saying its a horrible song, its just there is a ton of better songs on CoE).

        And trust me, I would like nothing more than having City of Evil as full album DLC, its just that my opinoin that BC is my least favourite on that disc.

          Hmm, I always thought "Beast and the Harlot" was their most overrated and over played song.
