If you are subscribed to the Rock Band Community Zine, you would have been greeted with a special treat today. Harmonix has revealed in this week's 'Zine' that the Queen 10-pack will hit Xbox Live on October 20, and the PSN on October 22! This news was not a huge surprise, given the announcement at Gamescom that Queen (as well as numerous other bands) would be appearing on the Rock Band platform by years end. But the announcement of the tracks so early was indeed a pleasant surprise. I think I speak for many people out there that this is probably going to be one of the best packs released this year thus far.
Oh yeah, here's the list of songs being released--
"Another One Bites The Dust"
"Crazy Little Thing Called Love"
"One Vision"
"Fat Bottomed Girls"
"I Want It All"
"I Want To Break Free"
"Killer Queen"
"Somebody To Love"
"Tie Your Mother Down"
"Under Pressure"
The lack of one "Bohemian Rhapsody" and "Radio Ga Ga" was a little surprising, but the amount of great songs was enough to make me forget about it.
"We Will Rock You" and "We Are The Champions" will also join these tracks in Novemeber when LEGO: Rock Band hits store shelves (All tracks from LEGO: Rock Band are exportable).
Being this info comes from the Community Zine I haven't a link to the source, so instead I just copied an image of the Zine for verifiable proof. Enjoy.
