Rocket Knight to Return on Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3

Electronic Theatre reports on the announcement that Rocket Knight, an update to the Mega-Drive and Super Nintendo Entertainment System release Rocket Knight Adventures, is currently in development for Xbox LIVE Arcade and PlayStation Network platforms.

Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. today announced Rocket Knight is currently in development for the Xbox LIVE Arcade, PlayStation Network and for PC download via Steam. The popular 2D side-scrolling title first released on the 16-bit SEGA Genesis and later on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), Rocket Knight will debut on Current-Generation consoles fifteen years later with updated graphics and alluring new environments.

    Heard about this 1-2weeks ago, my reaction? AWESOME.

    Loved Rocket Knight on my Sega Megadrive and now i get to play it again on my 360 =D I also like how Konami have made it so that it carries on from the original game set 20years ahead.
