Electronic Theatre reports on the announcement that videogame heroine Lara Croft has taken an amazing six entries in the latest Guinness World Records Gamer’s Edition, including “Most Successful Video Game Heroine” and “Most Recognisable Female Character in a Video Game”.

Computer game heroine Lara Croft, star of the hugely successful Tomb Raider computer game franchise, has cemented her status as videogaming’s leading lady by notching up an impressive six world record entries in the brand new edition of Guinness World Records 2010 Gamer’s Edition, published today, Thursday 21st January 2010.

    Guiness seem to make their records to suit themselves, although extra images of Lara probably brightened up the book a lot
