Split/Second made headlines when revealed back at E3 2009. With a tentative release date of the fall the game was pushed back to sometime in 2010. Disney Interactive has announced toay the released date of the game and revealed the final box art as well.

Split/Second will have players trigger explosive events that alter the track to take out opponents or create short cuts. The game will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC. Here are also the final box shots for the game which look like a certain crash and burn racer we've played in the past.
