Capcom announced this morning via a press release on their "Capcom-Unity" blog that owners of PS3s and Xbox 360s can expect a new multiplayer demo next week with additional features.

A new Lost Planet 2 demo is coming our way next week on XBL and the PSN. Get ready to grab some weapons, hop in a vital suit, and battle with 16 players in real time. Featuring the “Turbulent Jungle” map from the online versus mode, the new demo will include full chat support and stat tracking.
