Six new games are headed to Nintendo's downloadable services this week: two for WiiWare, and four for DSiWare.

The ace defense attorney Phoenix Wright returns for the third game in the Ace Attorney series, Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations for WiiWare. Coming at us from DSiWare is Nintendo's fighting game where you can put yourself in the game: Photo Dojo, and the kicker is that it's actually free until June 10th. Gameloft also brings Earthworm Jim to DSiWare.

Additionally, for WarioWare D.I.Y., this week's Big Name Game is the microgame from Powerhead Games' Jason Schreiber.
