Major UK Chipping Operation Blitzed

Chipping consoles is a great way to play games you ordinarily couldn't especially since it allows the user to not just play other region games, but downloaded games. However, recently the police carried out a raid at a house in Stoke-on-Trent, which has resulted in the arrest of a man who is thought to have been one of the biggest "chippers" in the UK. Among the items found were were around 200 chips and 20 XBOX360, and 4 Wii consoles.
A raid at a house in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire has resulted in the prosecution of a man who has allegedly been making money through modifying consoles using circumvention devices, also known as ‘chipping’. The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was targeted for being one of the top ‘chippers’ in the UK.
