Games We Love but Wish We Could Love Playing

Gamesradar review the downloable content that the 360 will be able to get for GTA:IV. The new content which has been confirmed is set to be new missions and characters but in bringing in new missions it opens up new places. Though gamesradar says "Will the 360s exclusive content be worth selling your PS3 for?".
Anyone whos completed GTA IV on 360 is now wondering what Rockstar are going to do with the much-vaunted exclusive 360 downloadable content.
Assuming it will be new missions and characters confirmed by, among others Lazlow Jones, one of the in-game radio station hosts it still begs the questions; What new missions? What new characters? And where?
How is it going to work?
One of the key challenges we've got in second-guessing Rockstar's no-information on the 360 DLC is working out when it's going to be set. The reason is obvious - not everyone will have completed it by the time the extra content becomes available. Some people won't have even bought it yet.
So how does Rockstar make the DLC an attractive proposition to everyone?

I'd still love to see Niko use that plane ticket and go to San Andreas, though
Hell no.
I could just buy a 360 without selling my PS3.But that isn't gonna happen either.
Besides I don't play GTA4 much anymore so I'm quietly awaiting MGS4 to be my number one game.
I am a little bummed that PS3 won't get the DLC but it's only a game and I'm not gonna die without it.
Make it free for a while, make some crap up about it being a short time offer, then when more people see how much awesome stuff they'll get if they buy the game, they'll tell friends etc etc.
Then raise the price back up!
It has plenty of holes sure, but don't pick on them because I'm delicate.
