Games We Love but Wish We Could Love Playing

The sackboys and girls may look cute, but don't let LBP fool you, it's pretty hard to get the hang of. Kotaku's Jim Reilly experienced this when Sony brought the game over to New York.
The first thing he did was create some things, but it isn't just "pop it on and go"; if you wanna make some more creative things, like turning your hat into a car, you're going to need find the right distance of wood. Stuff like that.
Reilly, who isn't used to that type of thing, found making things in the game was very difficult and frustrating. He feels the learning curve of LBP isn't being looked into, but a Sony rep did say there will be a tutorial of the controls in the retail version.
At this point, Ive seen and heard enough about LittleBigPlanet that I feel as though the game isnt even real and that its never actually coming out. Thankfully, Sony brought along their first-party titles for us New Yorkers to try out and I can confirm that the game does in fact exist and will be coming out this fall. But after finally getting my hands on it, I think Im going to have to turn down my hype meter just a bit.

His mind juice isn't creative enough to understand the game
I mean it's basically an advanced level editor. If anyone expects it to be easy they should look elsewhere.
Bring it on.
The developers have stated on numerous occasions that the game will include tutorial levels and the guy writing this openly admitted that he hadn't played them. IMO this was just an attempt to troll the game since it's getting a load of hype at the moment.
If you're hyped for LBP, I highly suggest checking out 3D Movie Maker. It's abandon-ware now as Microsoft Kids no longer exists, so there are numerous places on the web where you can get a free, legal download of it.
