Last June we learned about the Windows 7 upgrade to the Windows Vista operating system launched back in 2007. No confirmation on whether the upgrade is going to be built from the ground up. Steven Sinofsky, who too over the Windows 7 project, hasn't spilled any solid, juicy tidbits of information about the operating system yet.
