Joystiq was never fond of Soul Calibur Legends, and they can't believe that Konami is doing almost exactly the same thing to a Castlevania game. Nevertheless, they wrote up a little comparison between the two.

While Soulcalibur Legends unfortunately beats Judgement in the graphics department, they note that the gameplay is better because you don't just get to swing your Wii Mote every which way to win, you have to put at least some effort into it by blocking attacks.

Castlevania Judgement will be out on the Wii November 18th and will feature Wi-Fi support, so you can fight against random people across the world.

Quite possibly the most fun, and most game-ruining aspect of Castlevania Judgment, is its special attack. Kill the random zombies that are aimlessly wandering around and absorb power-ups. Slowly, you'll build up a special meter on the bottom of the screen. Get it completely filled, and you'll be able to unleash a special attack with a single press of the down button.

This game going to be way better than Legends, by the looks of it. Judgement is crappy too though.

But I actually liked the controls in Legends, it was everything else that sucked.
