Electronic Theatre offers an updated view on Konami's latest instalment in the classic Silent Hill series, due for release on Xbox360, PLAYSTATION3 and PC on February 27th in Europe.

Silent Hill: Homecoming is the highly anticipated first instalment in the hugely popular Silent Hill series to arrive on the Current-Generation. Developed by Double Helix, the game was originally titled Silent Hill 5 - the late change to a subtitle rather than a true numerical addition to the series raising a question of Konami’s faith in the US studio’s adaptation of the series, but with the UK release only one month away; those questions will very soon be answered.

    Wait, so they completely neglected all the information on the title, even though it's already been released in Japan/NTSC territories?

    PS- Those questions that 'will soon be answered' have already been answered already. General consensus, "meh".

    I for one will not be buying this game, looks like silent hill 4 all over again...just worse ; ;
