Blend Games has written a new hands-on preview for Prototype, detailing a lot of the on-screen action, multiple AI functions and a lot of interactivity the game had to offer. The game sounds extremely promising.

It remains to be seen how the exploration, disguise, and customization elements of the game will shake out but Prototype seems to be a very accessible game with engaging combat.
