The DLC for Killzone 2 has just been announced. Currently it will have 2 new maps, one of the cruiser level and the other of the freight train level. The map pack is set to release at the end of this month and a patch will be released earlier to sync with the DLC. Follow the link to view more screenshots.

he pack is called ’Steel & Titanium” and contains 2 new maps,

Wasteland Bullet and Vekta Cruiser. If you’ve not seen the footage, check it out here:

Gametrailers TV

WB is based loosely on the mine-train at the beginning of Tharsis Refinery and VC on The Cruiser level of the single player campaign. They are however heavily remodeled to suit multiplayer.

All modes are present as are the MP bots and both can handle the full 32 players. We’ll be talking more about them as we get closer to release. I think these are the best maps we’ve done yet.

    NEW STUFFS!

I'd like more than just maps though - some co-op missions would be nice.

Holy *bleep*, the Cruiser and the Train? Not bad, although I don't think anybody should hold their breath over co-op DLC. I'm pretty sure the Guerrilla already mentioned that there was no co-op in the game or being made.
