Games We Love but Wish We Could Love Playing

I am a big fan of the original Bionic Commando (still have my NES cart), that along with Strider represent two of my favorite 80s Capcom games. I picked up Bionic Commando Reloaded, and was surprised the gameplay (despite a face lift) held up, and I must admit, it made me less fearful of what they may do with the true "next gen" version of BC. According to Chris Plante (we rcvd the preview build last week) things have translated far better than expected...
Now to get my Strider Reloaded and next gen remakes!
You play as Nathan "RAD" Spencer, a former Bionic soldier, now badge-less renegade, bailed from prison by the very law enforcers that busted him. Your mission is to track down and eliminate the terrorists behind the Ascension City bombing. The plot stews in the traditional fear and repression of minorities trope popularized by comic books like X-Men, though it takes things a little further with a few early snips of dialogue that subtly take aim at the pop culture gamut, from steroids to weapon proliferation. That's not to flatter the story, as it never bests the typical summer tentpole.
