Intern Perry comes back with another quick write up and a gameplay video from E3, this time of the newest in the classic King of Fighters series.

From the moment I picked up the controller, I fell in love with KoFXII, pretty much meaning the other fighter I’ve been anticipating—BlazBlue—is getting a run for its money.

But the real winner is me. Two great fighters in one summer? I’m certainly not complaining (though my wallet likely will be).

With all doubt washed from my mind, I’m definitely looking forward to KoFXII’s console release this July. It looks to be a promising title that serves as living proof that there will always be a place for the 2-D fighter. Always!
