Last week, we got to sit in on a private demo of Bayonetta with game director Hideki Kamiya and producer Yusuke Hashimoto. While Hashimoto spoke only once -- too correct their interpreter -- Kamiya was very forward with the game.
After watching the informative private demo, Kamiya answered a few questions about the game. What sort of extra content can we expect to get from this game? And why did he choose Bayonetta as the protagonist?
Last week, we sat down with game director Hideki Kamiya of Platinum Games, who talked about Bayonetta through an interpreter; producer Yusuke Hashimoto sat against the wall and looked very intimidating.
From the start, we noticed the game's fantastic visuals, coupled with almost elegant brutality. Toss in enough sex appeal to rival Soul Calibur's Ivy Valentine, and you've got one hell of a package. If you thought Devil May Cry was flamboyant, you obviously haven't been keeping up with Bayonetta.

After the private demo, we got to ask Kamiya, father of Okami and the Devil May Cry series, some questions about the game through the North American rep and translator. As it turns out, he was more than willing to talk.
