We all know about the upcoming game Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, and that it'll have Deadpool in it. We all know that Deadpool is going to be freakin' sweet, but now IGN has a hands on play of the game, including exclusive play of Deadpool. They confirmed everything that we could assume.

Everyone loved the original Ultimate Alliance, right? What wasn't to love with Spider-Man, Iron Man, and whomever else you wanted teaming up to take on the evil forces in the Marvel Universe? Knowing how much fun that game was, I was looking forward to Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 -- especially considering it revolves around the great story of Civil War -- but I wasn't out-of-my-head nuts for it or anything.

At least, I wasn't out-of-my-head-nuts for it until I played as Deadpool

You already know that the Merc with a Mouth is in the game, but after being the first person to sit down and play as him, I can assure you he is as awesome as you had hoped. Double-jumping teleports him around the environment, his regular old moves involve slashing enemies with swords, and one of his special attacks has him cross his wrists while dual-wielding pistols and spraying bullets as you direct his aim around the map.

Deadpool is awesome and I can't imagine I'll be building a team without him
