Why are they changing the image of the PS3 so damn much? First we get the new font style, a new PS3 style theme, and now they're changing the boxart. Don't you think it's a little late for them to be reinventing themselves?

I don't like that new box art. I like the one they had before this one

I'm definitely with you on that.

Hmm I guess it was to be expected as you don't just change the font on a console and the branding to leave the old font on the cases. I can't say i'm to happy about it though it's like Sony are erasing the past for whatever reason.

I actually like the new boxart, Ratchet looked too skinny in the last one. I probably won't get the demo, I'm already almost certain I'll be buying this.

I think my main reason for the dislike is merely for cosmetic reasons. I like everything uniform and looking the same. I currently have 24 games from the old school PS3 Fat era and the box design is going to clash with the new. I really don't like that idea.

Oh yeah I agree, I'm not a big fan of the new PS3 writing up the top or anything either, probably not to the same extent as you though. I do like the actual image on the front itself however.
