Jak and Daxter are back and ready for the handheld scene. With new powers, characters, and weapons, Jak and Daxter are ready to kick some ass. Here are the latest impressions of the game from the latest build.

If you aren’t familiar with this upcoming Jak and Daxter title, it’s time for a quick background lesson. Picking up immediately after the last Jak and Daxter title, The Lost Frontier’s main focus is on the use of weapons and platforming elements you’d expect to find in any Jak and Daxter title. I recently got my hands on the latest demo build which features three levels to play through.

It's also on the PS2. If that makes you feel any better.

      OMGUHÆTR!!!1!1one!
Seriously, though, I think this suits the PSP pretty well. It's coming out for PS2 as well anyway.

I think Red is just saying how he wants a new console version of a J&D game . . . you know, like the PS3.

Any J&D news regarding a PS3 game I'll hear. Anything regarding this game I'll simply ignore. Such a disappointment that after 5 years all we get is a simple PS2/PSP game...

Yeah, it's not like Naughty Dog have been busy those five years making two killer PS3 games

I can understand being disappointed, but for what this game is its looking pretty fine. Anyway Naughty Dog are almost guaranteed to make another mainstream Jak and Daxter sooner or later, they've dropped so many indicators its not funny.

Yeah, and Insomniac has been busy these last 5 years making 4 killer PS3 games. Whats the problem?

They've been around longer. They should be better than Insomniac.

Who do they think they are

I'll probably give this game a rent, on the PS2 though. Cause im hoping that version will be better in graphics.
