First impressions of True Crime - GTA meets John Woo

After the wild Activision GDC party, the world was treated to its first glimpse of True Crime in Hong Kong. It's difficult to say True Crime is incredibly different from Grand Theft Auto based on what Activision has demoed, so rather than separate them, we simply stick to pointing out the good and bad.

Something GTA fans will enjoy is the open environment presented in True Crime. It allows players to run amuck and wreak havoc on all of the innocent citizens of Hong Kong.

    Could have just compared it to, you know, number one and two, but w/e.

    One and two would show you how deep and fun the combat becomes, too, so it was either just early on or you had no idea what you were doing, but w/e.

    Also, strippers.

    But w/e.

    Edit: Now I've got a killer urge to go play Streets of L.A. but my PS2's broke. *bleep*.
