You may or may not remember this game originally being announced way back in 2007. Now it looks like it is finally coming later this year and it is going to be an episodic game exclusive to Xbox Live Arcade.

Hydrophobia has floated around for a couple of years and was initially set for a release in 2009. But developer Dark Energy Digital has finally announced that the survival shooter is coming in 2010 in episodic form exclusively to Xbox Live Arcade.
