Spyro just keeps on coming, but this time for PS2, wii, DS and GBA !
Sypro the Eternal Night will be the 7th game in the popular series and it seems as though its going to carry on from were the other games left off.

Vivendi is adding to the growing list of games due this autumn with the second game in the Legend of Spyro trilogy, subtitled The Eternal Night.

Some Ape King dude turns up at the Temple of Souls and starts acting all evil and stuff, predictably plunging the land into darkness.

Meanwhile, Spyro is having strange visions, and it's up to you to unravel the mysteries of these visions and defeat the Ape. In other words, more fire-breathing platforming antics.

There'll be new breath powers and fighting moves, and Vivendi also promises some spectacular boss fights, too.

I never had a go on the previous Spyro but the ones before are great so I would give this ago if I have the time, I hope they add new and better features to this game as I always remember the previous games to be a bit more boring *sigh*. It is good to see that they are also bringing this on GBA, though that console was dead xD.

The first game I ever played on Ripto's Rage.
(( I remember that I had no memory card, so I played on it all day until my mam bought me one after work XD ... // ))

The latest games have been a bit of a let down though, although I admittedly haven't played many of them. I hope there going to slowly revert back to the good old days ^^

Grrrr why can't it come to the Xbox 360! The console's missing the good action adventure games which Spyro promises to deliver, too much shooting games are out and not enough of these. No fair.

He doesn't look that different xD Isn't he a dragon that can not only shoot fire from his mouth, but ice and lightning attacks, too? He's an odd one, and I'm not into him being purple, but the games are a blast.
