Crack Down 2 is the sequel to one of this generations first open world shooters. Is it worth your time or is it just more of the same super hero action all over again?

Crackdown 2 has a unique and interesting system where the time of day governs which enemy will roam the street. During the day The Cell will fight for control and patrol the streets. As soon as the sun is down the Freaks emerge from underground and form in massive numbers on the surface. Both factions offer up unique challenges, the Cell, which usually consist of fewer numbers, are heavily armed and will attack you from various sides. The Freaks swarm the player and overwhelm them with their massive numbers.
