The Simpsons mania is still alive and if people are willing to pay $4000 for a Simpsons Xbox 360 (click to read more) then I wonder how good a new Simpsons video game will sell for. In this new Simpsons game you get to play as every member of the family. The game looks alright in terms of graphics, have you seen any better in the series? I don't think so. If you don't mind playing platformer games in the time of next-gen graphics where developers strive to give total control and absolute freedom to the players, or if you are a fan of the tv show, then you will simply love this game.
Like a shagged-out ex-superstar dragged out of retirement by a hit remix, it seems that America's first family is heading for one last moment of great-ness. After years of churning out lacklustre episodes, with the double whammy of the forthcoming Simpsons Movie and Simpsons videogame, the bloated phenomenon is hoping to undo years of complacency and remind the world of why it's the greatest sitcom and cartoon of all time.
And, in game terms at least, we can say with only a little trepidation that it looks like they're going to manage it. Top of our 'Why don't they?' list any time we're in the pub debating game concepts is a huge, genuinely funny adventure which rips the piss out of gaming generally - a Conker's Bad Fur Day Plus. And it looks like Fox's mighty yellow family are the ones to finally do it.

One good feature though is the fact that the "claim" every character you seem roaming around will be interactive, if this is just a little speach they say as you see them then boo hoo, but hopefully more than that from what I heard.
Finalblade QFT, the Simpsons has been and gone...
