The Elusive Mirror's Edge at GDC '08: New Info and Screenshots!

We haven't heard much about this elusive, parkour-inspired game since early January, but EA DICE did give us another sneak peak at this year's GDC, and even released a bunch of new screenshots! Check out the full article for additional screens and description of the demo!

...you play as a “Runner” in a dystopian utopian world where a gleaming perfect city has been created at the expense of all civil liberties and free thought. The resistance movement can only communicate through hand-written and delivered messages, as all electronic communication is monitored. The game is all about speed and momentum, and standing still is a death sentence...

DUDE I love the colours...so refreshing, i can see how this game could get your heart pumping, just look at the screen of the heroin leaping for the cable that links 2 rooftops....i'll be keeping an eye on this one.

yeah, the color gamma is certainly a pleasant departure. It's kind of like the Matrix except its in hopeful blue rather than scary green
