If you haven't noticed, there's a trend in the industry of people discouraging developers from doing anything remotely next-gen for the DS. Yet every time a company says 'balls to that', we end up with a great game (Metroid Prime Hunters, Mario Hoops, Race Driver, etc). Renegade Kid, the fellows who did Dementium are going that route with a sci-fi adventure titled Moon, and a trailer has arrived, which can be seen below. The quality ain't great and there isn't too much to show with it, but it's enough to display tons of potential. Fingers crossed this one ends up a must-have innovation.

Previously known under the code name "Project M", Moon situates players on the empty, cold surface of the moon in the year 2058, where scientists discover a sealed alien hatch during the construction of a lunar base.

"Moon is dark, twisted, heart pounding, frequently violent and always disturbing," said Mastiff CEO Bill Swartz. "Pretty much what you'd expect when you take madmen like Renegade Kid, jack their technology up to the next level, and turn them loose."

After watching the video it didn't interest me to much, I need more convincing before I think about getting this game.
