Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time

The first thing you might think when seeing the screens for Soul Bubbles is "It's like Pikmin." You wouldn't be far off, but this is certainly not a bad thing (speaking of which, why isn't Pikmin on DS?). Anyway, Eidos (Hitman trilogy, Thief, original Tomb Raider) is developing it, and they describe it as an "enchanting action-puzzle game" and "the most refreshing breath of air to debut on Nintendo DS." The screens do the best explaining, though. Slightly higher-res versions can be found via the source article.
The action puzzler features 40 levels, stylus bubble wrangling and a bit of blowing into the microphone. It's hard to judge a game by a half-dozen or so screens, but it looks like it has potential.
