Valkyria Chronicles screens

Not to be confused with Valkyrie Profile, this title is a PS3 real-tme action tactical role playing game (oh yeah). GameSpy received some new screenshots of the title, which is expected to be released this fall.

Built upon the new "CANVAS" engine, Valkyria Chronicles' ground-breaking 3D graphics resemble a watercolor painting in motion. Gameplay is centered around a new type of tactical battle concept. Known as "BLiTZ," this battle concept gives players unique freedom to strategically move around the environment and attack enemies using real-time controls.

    too late!

    I kinda like this genre...there's lots of room for growth. Hopefully this game can build upon what koei did.

    Oh, whew. I was all angry that it was only for the PS3, haha. I don't really care now. 8)

    Heard of this game some time ago. Interested in the art style (watercolour anime style).

    Interestingly, it was originally for the 360, but after a long dev process, it moved to the PS3 0_o

      I think it suits the PS3 more, whatever that means. Haha.
