Daav from NoobFeed.com finally takes the plunge into the Shin Megami Tensei franchise. Unfortunately, Persona 2 isn't the triumphant trailblazer today it was a decade ago. Still, tons of content and a few key aspects save it from failure, but it's a long and arduous task to the end.

"Blurring the lines of incest," might be the creepiest tagline to ever grace a game, but luckily there is more to The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky than these strange undertones of family love and transgender confusion. The JRPG flourishes from standing its traditional ground and touching up improvements, rather than innovate. But this comes at the cost of a strenuous, dragging pace.

""The release of the PlayStation Vita is fast approaching early next year and despite the advent of its successor, the PSP still has a number of titles being pumped out the pipeline. Enter XSEED Games' Corpse Party, a retro SNES-style title featuring old school visuals and gameplay. It's something of a step away from the PSP's original intent of enabling gamers to experience graphically-intense games on-the-go and, at first glance, isn't something you would expect from the aging handheld. Howe..."

Ubisoft has remade last year's Michael Jackson: The Experience from the ground up for the Nintendo 3DS. Can a dancing game translate well onto a handheld system?

Default Prime reviewer John-Charles Holmes explores the indie puzzler that is Where Is My Heart? to give his thoughts. Though the game is short, don’t be surprised if you find yourself attached to the family of monsters by the time the game finishes.

Daav from NoobFeed looks at a cute little Minis title, only to be stumped by terrible gameplay implementations and bored by gross repetition. It's strange how some games thrive on simplicity and good replay value and some fall because of it. Rumble Trucks is sadly the latter.

Daav from NoobFeed.com isn't a yearly sports update kind of guy. Still, he can perhaps offer a different look on one of the biggest franchises in a perhaps somewhat different structurte: handhelds. While it isn't as solid as a regular console edition, Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 still has strong qualities on PSP.

Daav from NoobFeed.com takes on an adaptation of Bust-a-Move, even though Magical Drop came first. This classic series from Data East is being relaunched by Monkeypaw Games. The cute outlook doesn't match the grueling pace, but that's also a plus.

"With the first two weeks of the basketball season already kaput and the rest of the season in serious jeopardy because of the lockout, basketball fans don’t have a ton to be looking forward to right now. But if there is one thing that fans of the sport can be happy about, it’s the newest addition to the NBA 2K series. "Perhaps going back to basics was a good move, people play Pro Evo for the on the pitch moments, everything else is only getting in the way. Getting to the game and being allowed to play it without distraction is very welcome. The game will still drive you potty at times but the balance and flow to the actual football is so natural and realistic that it is beginning to feel like Pro Evo again.

Firmly back from the wilderness. Pro Evo is football for the purist"

GameRabies.com's CliffyB3 reviews this season's installment of the Madden franchise, and this year, doesn't have so many kind things to say about it:

"...if Madden 11 was a “Super Bowl season” for the franchise, Madden 12 is like that “Super Bowl slump” you see some NFL teams go through the following season, where they end up missing the playoffs, a star player goes on injured reserve, and a coach gets fired…something of that nature."

"It’s that time of year again, time for another outing of FIFA but rather than the usual small tweaks and team sheet updates, this year’s FIFA 12 sees some dramatic changes. They do build on the already stable recipe but it is fair to say this year’s changes are game changing"

Daav from NoobFeed.com brushes up on his math skills and plays some Playstation Minis with Galcon Labs from Beatshapers. Triangles, circles, numbers and total chaos make for more fun than it may sound!

Mike Deneen from GoozerNation reviews one of the longest video game franchises out there, EA's Madden. This year's edition has promised many new and exciting features, additions to the franchise mode, as well as improved gameplay? But did this year's Madden live up to the hype? Read to find out.

According to Joystick Division's review, Madden NFL 12 simply bangs hard on all pistons, rounding out one of the deepest and most responsive sports titles of all time. It's the football game that totally defines its console, with constant big-game atmosphere and tuned mechanics that make the games equally cerebral and visceral.

Another summer is winding down, and with all the lockout business behind us, it's time to set our sights on another season of football, and another year of Madden!

"Captain America: Super Soldier brings the legendary shield-swinging heroics of Steve Rogers into realisation. The game is based on the movie that was in turn derived from the comic book series by Marvel Comics. This title is a must for fans of the movie or comic book series; it carries some major cool-factor as you control one of our favorite heroes in stopping an evil plot to take over the world amidst the chaos caused by World War II. Fighting loathsome enemies -some of the classic villains..."
