Supreme Ruler 2020 isdifficult to score, and the sheer scope and complexity of the game negates most attempts to adequately summarise it. But hardcore strategists looking for something truly detailed to sink their teeth into will undoubtedly find this to be the game they’ve been waiting a very, very long time for.

    Actually, that's a good way to summarize it, yeah. A lot more detailed and political, but you wouldn't be far wrong comparing it to Civilization.
