Having spent some quality time with the Nintendo's new piece of kit and devising a workout rotuine, the time has finally come for the review... Will it live up to the hype? Is it possible to lose some weight? Find out here...
The Nintendo Wii revolutionised gaming by introducing bodily movement in to the gaming experience. Not only did this bring about a more immersive and enjoyable gaming experience it also meant exercise and so it was obvious from the beginning that it wouldnt be long before games would be designed purely to get gamers off their sofas and start burning some calories. Wii Fit is one of these games.
