Only the Games pen their review for Pandemic and Electronic Arts' Mercenaries 2: World in Flames, citing poor design and lack of variety as the greatest faults.

Within its first five minutes, Mercenaries 2: World in Flames plateaus. After delivering a massive payload of ordnance on unsuspecting enemies, ploughing through a shanty town atop a massive tank and soaking up a subhuman amount of lead, the game ostensibly hits a high point. Developer Pandemic has a winning formula on its hands here; one that is sure to please anyone with an edge for the anarchic. But through banking it all on spectacle, these mercs quickly lose their novelty, giving way to a world in stagnation.

I think most of the enjoyment from Mercenaries and it's sequel comes from not because it's actually a "good game", but beacause it's just cool to drive tanks and pilot helicopters. (For me, anyway). But that's about where it ends. This review is pretty straight on.

I also think the controls and moving around sucks, it's really sluggish, which is a big negative.

I think this is one of the most fun games in a long time.I don't usually like games for almost a whole day anymore but I can barely stop playing this game.

I don't like ratings out of 5.I like them being out of 10 and I'd give this one at least an 8.Maybe even a 9 because it is fun enough to actually thoroughly keep my attention for hours on end.
