NintendoWorldReport's review on Lock's Quest, an RTS, for the Nintendo DS is relatively positive.

It begins with their surprise "Lock's Quest is something you don't see every day on the Nintendo DS: a non-licensed, non-sequel game with polish."

It then goes on to mention some of the plot, the uniqueness of the gameplay (thought later on, how terrible it is), the battle phase (both good and bad points) and of course... the good graphics.

Overall they describe it as "a few design tweaks away from being a fantastic game." and rated it a decent 7 out of 10.
